Once again, Chris Gayle, the superstar cricketer of World Giants, delighted his fans with a dance move on the field during the ongoing Legends League Cricket in Doha. In a thrilling match against the India Maharajas, the Caribbean icon was spotted performing a move from the popular song “Gangnam Style.” Gayle and some of his West Indies teammates had previously showcased this step from the 2012 hit album.

In addition to displaying his impressive dance moves, Gayle also demonstrated his batting prowess by smashing a scorching 57 runs off 46 balls while chasing a modest target of 137 runs. Despite his remarkable performance, the Giants lost several wickets and managed to secure victory by a narrow margin of three wickets.

Besides Gayle’s contribution, Shane Watson from Australia played a crucial role by adding a valuable 26 runs and forming a crucial partnership with Gayle. Among the bowlers of the Maharajas team, Yusuf Pathan was the most impressive with two wickets to his credit.

At the beginning of the innings, the Maharajas could only accumulate 136 runs on the scoreboard, with Suresh Raina emerging as the highest scorer with 49 runs. In the later part of the innings, Manvindra Bisla scored 36 runs and Irfan Pathan added 25 runs, making valuable contributions to the team’s total.

Among the bowlers of the Giants team, Brett Lee from Australia was the standout performer with three wickets, while Mpofu and Tino Best both took two wickets each. Chris Gayle was declared the Player of the Match, having not only contributed with the bat but also bowled an over and conceded only six runs.

The World Giants currently occupy the top spot on the points table, while the India Maharajas are third from the bottom. The teams ranked second and third will contest an eliminator match to secure a place in the final. In contrast, the team that finishes at the top of the table will advance directly to the final.
