WATCH : Vintage Rohit Sharma slams Harshit Rana an overthrow

India is having a tough day on the field at Cuttack on February 9 during the second ODI against England. Harshit Rana, while bowling, attempted a delivery aimed at the stumps, but it veered past keeper KL Rahul for a boundary.

Rohit Sharma, the Indian captain, playfully teased Harshit, asking, “Ae dimag kidhar hey tera?” (Hello, where is your mind?)

This occurred in the 32nd over, when Harshit was bowling. He delivered a full ball on the off stump, which Jos Buttler successfully defended. However, Buttler seemed to step slightly out of his crease, prompting Harshit to throw the ball aggressively at the stumps.

Unfortunately, the ball veered wide of Rahul and went for four. The fielders, including Ravindra Jadeja, looked visibly frustrated, along with Rohit Sharma and Harshit himself.

Things improved a bit in the 39th over, when Hardik Pandya dismissed Buttler, who had directed the ball to extra cover. Shubman Gill made a brilliant dive to stop it, grabbing the ball to secure the wicket.

However, India’s fielding struggles were evident from the start. First, Hardik Pandya missed his first wicket of the day when Axar Patel dropped an easy catch at the boundary. Later, Shreyas Iyer also dropped a catch off Harshit, despite making a hard dive.
