WATCH : Slight collision between Rizwan and Rana

In their second toss of the 2025 Champions Trophy, India was asked to field first by Pakistan captain Mohammad Rizwan.

After a steady start from openers Babar Azam and Imam-ul-Haq, Pakistan lost a couple of wickets towards the end of the first powerplay.

Saud Shakeel and Mohammad Rizwan then settled things down, carefully rotating the strike despite a number of dot balls. As the pressure from the rising run rate mounted, the pair began pushing for quick runs, which led to a shoulder barge incident between Rizwan and Harshit.

In the 21st over, after conceding a couple of runs off the first five balls, Harshit bowled a back-of-a-length delivery outside the off-stump, which Rizwan pulled toward deep mid-wicket for a single. While running, Rizwan, who was focused on the ball, accidentally shoulder-barged the bowler.

Harshit, who had momentarily stopped after his follow-through, seemed caught off guard by the impact and appeared visibly upset. The incident quickly sparked a heated debate across Twitter.
