The Kolkata Knight Riders team has announced the replacement of injured Mitchell Starc for the upcoming season of Indian Premier League. Starc was bought by the franchise in the mega auction at the price of Rs 9.4 Crores.
The Kolkata team has replaced Mitchell Starc with the England’s pacer Tom Curran. He is now in the superb form in the shorter format of this game. He is very happy after adding by the Kolkata.
He said,”I’m thrilled and excited to be joining Kolkata Knight Riders for the IPL. I know from chatting to other players I can learn a lot from being in that environment, skills that I hope will benefit Surrey and my chances of representing England again this year and if selected, for next year’s World Cup.”
