The Indian cricket team’s quest for an ICC trophy has stretched since 2013, and the upcoming ODI World Cup in 2023, hosted on home turf, represents their most significant opportunity to break that dry spell.
The World Cup kicks off on Thursday, October 5, with a clash between the 2019 finalists, England and New Zealand, at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The grand finale will take place at the same venue on Sunday, November 19, marking the culmination of the tournament.
