As the auction of Indian Premier League is coming soon, some players are setting their base price. Those players who didn’t retain by their team management are ready to take a part in the Auction.
Ahead of the 2018 IPL auction, the IPL management gave a freedom to the capped player to fix their own base price at Rs 50 lakhs, Rs 75 lakhs, Rs 1cr, Rs 1.50 cr, and Rs 2 crore.
According to a report, the veteran left handed batsman and the former captain of Kolkata Knight Riders Gautam Gambhir set their base price of Rs 2 crore. The former Mumbai Indians star spinner Harbhajan Singh also set their base price of Rs 2 crore.
Harbhajan said,”I’ve had a great decade-long relationship with MI. I’ll look to bowl well and win games for whichever team I play for in the IPL. Let’s see what happens at the auction.”
The Pathan brothers also set their base price. The former Kolkata Knight Riders member Yusuf Pathan set their base price Rs 75 lakhs, while the younger brother Irfan set their base price of Rs 50 lakhs.
