WATCH : Jadeja and Kohli hilariously go after each other in a game of tit-for-tat

Chennai Super Kings commenced the 17th season of the Indian Premier League in style, seizing three wickets within the powerplay to leave Royal Challengers Bengaluru struggling at 42/3.

With the weight of the team’s performance naturally resting on Virat Kohli’s shoulders, the renowned Indian player faced challenges in finding momentum on the sluggish pitch against an adept spin attack.

Ravindra Jadeja emerged as the prominent figure leading the Yellow Army’s defensive efforts. Amidst the escalating tension of the match, Jadeja injected a moment of levity into the proceedings with a comical interaction involving Kohli.

In the 11th over, Cameron Green struck an arm ball back to Jadeja, who fielded it effortlessly. Upon rising from a crouched position, the left-arm spinner lightheartedly aimed a playful swipe at Kohli’s midsection with the Kookaburra.

The former RCB captain adeptly evaded the jest and retaliated by attempting to nudge his fellow national teammate with his bat, albeit unsuccessfully.
