One day after witnessing the thrilling US Open men’s singles quarterfinal showdown between Carlos Alcaraz and Alexander Zverev, former India cricket captain MS Dhoni found himself in the company of former US President Donald Trump for a game of golf at the prestigious Trump National Golf Club Bedminster.
Hitesh Sanghvi took to Instagram to share this memorable encounter, captioning it, “Golf with @mahi7781, @realdonaldtrump, and @rajiv.knack… Gratitude to Mr. President for his gracious hospitality 🙏🙏🙏.” He also posted an image capturing the moment.
Sanghvi, a Dubai-based businessman and a friend of both Dhoni and Trump, delightedly documented their golf outing on his social media profiles, including an Instagram story featuring footage of the two icons enjoying a round of golf together.
Just a day prior, MS Dhoni, Hitesh Sanghvi, and their mutual friend were spotted enjoying the excitement of the US Open. Earlier this year, Mahendra Singh Dhoni underwent a successful left knee surgery at a Mumbai hospital, sparking hopes of his return to the 17th edition of the Indian Premier League next year.

Dhoni, who had led the Chennai Super Kings to their fifth IPL championship, sought treatment from renowned sports orthopedic surgeon Dr. Dinshaw Pardiwala, a member of the BCCI medical panel who has performed surgeries on several top Indian cricketers, including Rishabh Pant.
Throughout the previous season, Dhoni had bravely played with extensive strapping on his left knee, although his performance was affected, particularly while batting and running between the wickets.
