During the 16th over of the innings, with Noor Ahmad having already taken a couple of wickets, Boult was facing the Afghan spinner and was expected to struggle.
However, he surprised everyone by playing a slog sweep to a delivery sliding down the leg, which sailed over the boundary for six runs. The hit was so powerful that it hit the cameraman, who collapsed after taking the impact of the ball.
Boult’s brilliant shot not only impressed social media users but also left the opposition skipper Hardik Pandya in awe.
