Accompanying the video, the former India captain captioned the post with these words: “My go to exercise for mobility plus strength? Goblet squats.”

Apart from rigorous workouts, Virat Kohli adheres to a strict vegetarian diet, with the exception of eggs, to maintain peak physical condition. His dietary choices revolve around nutrient-rich and healthful foods, supporting his athletic pursuits. The cricketer includes plant-based protein sources such as tofu, soy, along with fresh fruits, leafy greens, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats. Staying well-hydrated is also a priority, and he ensures to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

On the professional front, Virat Kohli delivered an outstanding performance in the first Test match of the ongoing series against West Indies. He showcased his brilliance by scoring 76 runs off 182 balls. In the match, he formed a formidable 99-run partnership with Yashasvi Jaiswal and later with Ravindra Jadeja.
