WATCH : Virat Kohli verbal fight with Amit Mishra & Naveen-ul-Haq

In the match being played between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Lucknow Super Giants, there was a heated moment between Virat Kohli and Amit Mishra. After this incident, Virat Kohli seemed quite angry and was repeatedly seen gesturing towards the umpire, saying “go and tell him not to talk to me”.

Kohli appeared quite charged up in this match, and the celebrations of the Lucknow team’s wickets were seen being done with a lot of anger. The reason behind this is that when these two teams last faced each other, Lucknow’s team had defeated Bangalore in a close match, which had led to Gautam Gambhir, the mentor of Lucknow, and the entire team’s players being quite charged up and celebrating.

In the IPL 2023 match held on Monday in Lucknow, RCB was limited to 126/9 in 20 overs by Lucknow Super Giants. However, RCB got off to a perfect start as the hosts lost four wickets during the powerplay and only managed to add 34 runs in their 127-run chase.

Nicholas Pooran was dismissed in the first over after the powerplay. Amit Mishra and Ravi Bishnoi took two wickets each, while Naveen-ul-Haq scalped three for LSG. Faf du Plessis contributed 44 runs off 40 balls and reclaimed the Orange Cap for RCB.
