After a great start by the Srilankan opener they lost the plot as Yuzvendra Chahal picked 2 wicket in 2 ball. M Bhanuka gone for 36 and B Rajapaksha gone for a duck by a brilliant catch from Ishan Kishan, all of sudden India are in full control of the game. After winning the toss the Srilankan Captain has no hesitation to bat first, the openers Avishka and M Bhanuka proved his captain’s decision right by not losing a wicket in the first powerplay. The openers added 77 runs for the first wicket.
Once again the India went wicket less in the first powerplay, the only concern India have at the moment in recent time. With all odds going opposite Yuzvendra Chahal picked 2 in 2 in the 14th over of the game.
