Bangladesh have surprisingly won the T20 series against Australia 3-0 in the most convincing manner with 2 more games yet to be played. It might be shocking for many cricket enthusiasts but The Bengal Tigers simply dominated the visitors on their home ground and ousted them comfortably. Yesterday, the third match between them was played and Bangladesh defended a pretty low score total of 127 to defeat the Aussies.

However, the incident that made the headlines last night was the on-field brawl between Bangladeshi pacer Shoriful Islam and Australian batsman Mitchell Marsh. Mitchell Marsh has made his way back to the national team after a long gap and he is in the form of his life. Starting from the West Indies series, the batsman has been sensational and he has continued his form in the series against Bangladesh as well. Even when Australia scores a low total, Mitchell Marshβs individual performance is commendable.
The same was the story of last night. Chasing 128 runs, Australia managed to score only 117. Even then, Mitchell Marsh was sure enough to complete his fifty and he did so in the most dominating way. He was getting the better of the Bangladeshi bowlers and that was what lead to a brawl between him and pacer Shoriful Islam during Australiaβs innings.

Shoriful Islam was the only bowler against whom Mitchell Marsh struggled last night. And much of it must be attributed to his sledging and aggressive outlook against the aussie. The battle between the two included stern stares, eye contacts and body shots that the fans enjoyed, At the end, Shoriful won the battle between the two when he dismissed Mitchell Marsh. HIs celebration after the same was worth watching as well.
