India’s all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja took 7 wickets, while R Ashwin claimed 3 wickets in Australia’s second innings, leading to their dismissal for just 113 runs. Meanwhile, Nathan Lyon, the Australian off-spinner, praised Axar Patel and Ravichandran Ashwin’s crucial partnership on day two of the second Test in Delhi.
He considers them to be frontline batters who could easily fit into any of the top six line-ups in world cricket. Lyon also expressed his satisfaction with the team’s five-for and acknowledged that there is still a lot of work to be done in the test match.
Cheteshwar Pujara, who was playing his 100th Test match, spoke to the media before the memorable game. He expressed his gratitude for the honor of receiving the cap from Sunny G and thanked the legends who inspired him.

During the ceremony, Sunil Gavaskar presented Pujara with a special cap to honor his 100th Test, while the whole team stood behind him, and his family was present to celebrate this special occasion.
