The Indian middle order batsman Kedar Jadhav ruled out of the upcoming One Day International series against Sri Lanka. He out of the three-matches limited over series due to hamstring injury.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has confirmed that news that the Jadhav sustained hamstring injury during a training session on Friday. The all-rounder Washington Sundar has been called as the replacement of Jadhav.
The BCCI officials said,”The All-India Senior Selection Committee has named Washington Sundar as the replacement for Kedar Jadhav for the Paytm ODI series against Sri Lanka.”
“Jadhav suffered a left hamstring injury during training on Friday, December 9 and will undergo scans. The BCCI Medical Team will continue to monitor him,” they added.
