Kedar Jadhav Ruled Out of the Sri Lanka ODIs

The Indian middle order batsman Kedar Jadhav ruled out of the upcoming One Day International series against Sri Lanka. He out of the three-matches limited over series due to hamstring injury.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has confirmed that news that the Jadhav sustained hamstring injury during a training session on Friday. The all-rounder Washington Sundar has been called as the replacement of Jadhav.

The BCCI officials said,”The All-India Senior Selection Committee has named Washington Sundar as the replacement for Kedar Jadhav for the Paytm ODI series against Sri Lanka.”

“Jadhav suffered a left hamstring injury during training on Friday, December 9 and will undergo scans. The BCCI Medical Team will continue to monitor him,” they added.

Squad: Rohit Sharma (Captain), Shikhar Dhawan, Ajinkya Rahane, Shreyas Iyer, Manish Pandey, Dinesh Karthik, MS Dhoni (WK), Hardik Pandya, Axar Patel, Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Jasprit Bumrah, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Siddarth Kaul, Washington Sundar.
