The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the latest Test players ranking after end of the 1st test match between India and Bangladesh. India won that match by a margin of an innings and 130 runs.
The Indian pacer Mohammad Shami entered in the Top 10 ranking for his brilliant bowling performance in the last game. He is now at the 7th place. The other two Indian bowlers, who featured in the Top 10 are Jasprit Bumrah (Rank 4) and Ravi Ashwin (Rank 10).
In the batting section, four Indian batsmen appeared. The skipper Virat kohli (2nd Rank), Cheteshwar Pujara (4th Rank), Ajinkya Rahane (5th Rank) and the opener batsman Rohit Sharma (10th Rank). The player of the match holder of the last game Mayank Agarwal is now at the 11th place.
