Here comes a bad news for all the Indian fans, as the opener batsman Shikhar Dhawan is ruled out of the tournament due to Thumb injury. His thumb was fractured during the batting against Australia, on the ball of pacer Nathan Coulter-Nile. After that he didn’t take a part in the fielding.
Shikhar Dhawan is always a key player for team India in the ICC events. He played a briliant innings in last match and scored a century. He was also the player of the match in that game against Australia.
India played only two matches so far and won all those two matches. The exclude of Dhawan will be a big blow for Virat and Company for the rest of the Tournament.
