The Indian off-spinner Ravi Ashwin is all set to join the new franchise in the upcoming edition of Indian Premier League. Delhi Capitals are ready to pick the spinner, as they have shortage of spin bowlers.
As we all know that, the Kings XI Punjab is decided to hand over captaincy duties to KL Rahul instead of Ravi Ashwin.
A source said,”The deal with Ashwin should be through. The Capitals are very close to signing him. There are a few formalities that need to be taken care of.”
The mentor of Delhi Capitals Sourav Ganguly also confirmed,”We would be more than happy to have Ashwin if KXIP is ready to release him.”
