    1. I thought he would select himself along with Mahela Jayawardene!!!!
Yes there are lot of greats, and selcting only 11 is really tough.
Fir his choice of 11, he is the best judge.

  1. keeping chaminda and Arvind as captain really you serious and leave Sachin out. Seems all these days after retirement he is chilling out a lot more then required ?

    1. Why the other four (Dravid lara kallis wasim ) add two sri lankans and two Australians and tell best XI in srilanka and Australia.

  2. Including 3 players from his own country shows that he is partial while making his all time favourite playing 11.
No Sachin,no Macgrath ,not a single player from England and Newzealand…
Such a poor selection from such a legendary stylish left hand batsman cricket has ever seen …

    1. A guy like you should be kept between slapping machine and machine should be kept ON for whole day.
And after this a bat should be taken and assuming your fullish head as a ball, a shot should be played….you idiot

  3. if its oneday team then how can one forget kallis the greatest allrounder tthe cricket has ever produced .but we can understand only 11 out of so many greats . but sachin and kallis should have been added in his list

  4. It’s his choice if playing XI and going to impact any one, why we need to bother about it….
better ignore HIM is right choice

  5. It’s his choice of playing XI and not going to impact any one, why we need to bother about it….
better ignore HIM is right choice
