The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the latest ranking for the One Day Internationals. The South African skipper Imran Tahir becomes the new number 1 bowler, surpassed the Pakistani fast bowler Hasan Ali.
The Pakistani bowler failed to impress with his performance in the recent One Day International series against New Zealand. The Pakistan team lost the series. Imran Tahir has a great chance to improve his ranking in the upcoming One Day International series against India.
The South African team will play six matches in that series. Tahir bagged 27 wickets in 17 ODIs across 2017 with an economy rate of 4.62.
