Just a few weeks ago, Indian wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant had contracted the CoronaVirus after breaching the bio-bubble to witness a match of the Euro 2020 at London’s Wembley stadium. He was thereafter doubtful of featuring in the first test match of the much anticipated Test series between India and England but the youngster has recovered fast. Rishabh Pant got the green light to rejoin his teammates last week and although is yet to recover fully, the Southpaw is in contention to start the first test match.

Now that Rishabh Pant has returned to full normalcy, Indian opener Rohit Sharma, Pant’s teammate at the national team, decided to pull off a joke against the youngster. He therefore posted a picture of Rishabh Pant wearing a big pair of Sunglasses. He wrote a funny caption for it which read “We have our own Badshah here”. Former Indian cricketer Kedhar Jadhav also came up with a hilarious comment on the post. He wrote “Our Very own Chacha Nehru” below Rohit’s post.
However, it was Rishab Pant who stole the show with his cute reaction to the post. He commented on Rohit Sharma’s posts with the words “Hahaha Kya bhaiya yaar”. His comment has 11.1k likes and is being loved by the Indian fans for Pant’s humility and innocence.

The much anticipated test series between England and India starts in 3 days’ time from 4th August and the stakes are at an all time high. India will want to overcome their recent loss in the WTC Finals against New Zealand whereas England will seek revenge for their test defeat against India when they visited their home land earlier this year. Indian wicket-keeper Rishabh pant, who will most likely be available for the first match against the Englishmen, can prove to be a game-changer in the series just like he did against Australia.
