T. Natrajan is set to make his comeback in the 12th edition of IPL whose 2nd leg is yet to underway in a few days in UAE. Natrajan suffered a knee injury in Australia a couple of months ago. T. Natrajan recovered from it but the player could only feature in two matches after which he was ruled out for the remaining season of IPL. It was reported that the injury which he suffered in Australia has carried with him and it has resurfaced again. T. Natrajan was replaced by Khaleel Ahmed. Natrajan underwent a knee surgery in April. He was in and out of the National Cricket Academy for around three months. The knee injury was the reason Natrajan was not included in India’s tour of England.

The second leg of the IPL is set to start from September 19 in UAE. The players, coaches and Franchises are gearing up for the second leg of The Indian Premier League.
SRH’s first leg of the campaign did not go as they expected. The Kane Williamson led SRH side managed to win only one out of seven matches played. One or two more defeats will officially end their campaign as there will be no hopes of qualifying for the playoffs.
However, their left arm bowler has recovered from his knee injury and is set travel to Dubai along with his teammates on August 31.
“We’ve got the go-ahead and he will be traveling with us to Dubai on August 31,” an SRH official told Cricbuzz.
However, the medical team of NCA has declared Natrajan completed fit and will be ready to play for SRH in UAE. The young fast bowler is all set to make an impact right from the beginning. The slow and dry pitches in UAE will benefit the left arm bowler to use his variations and bowl Yorkers at tight lengths. Natrajan has taken a total of 16 wickets in all four seasons for SRH.
