Southee to Stokes, out Caught by Ross Taylor!! STUNNER ALERT! Taylor dropped him yesterday and he makes up for that by grabbing a one-handed stunner. Stokes cannot believe it as he shakes his head and walks off to a standing ovation.
He falls nine short of a Test hundred. Good length ball outside off, Stokes walked down the wicket like he has been doing all innings, goes hard on the drive and the outside edge flies towards first slip, it was almost going over Taylor before he sticks his right hand out and swallows it up. The ball was almost past him when he managed to hang on. He was late to react to a simpler chance yesterday but there was nothing slow about his reflexes with this catch.
