The Srilankan Head Coach Mickey Arthur and Captain Dasun Shanaka involved in a intense,heated and animated discussion after the loss against India at the R Premdasa Stadium, Colombo on Tuesday evening, second ODI. With 2-0 lead India won the 3 match series with one match to left to be played on Friday,23rd July.
The Srilankan tour of India comprises of 3 Odi with a completely new squad with most of the senior pro in UK with the test team. For the first time in his career Shikhar Dhawan has taken the charge as Captain on the other hand Rahul Dravid as head coach of the senior team for the first time.

India chased down the target of 276 with 3 wickets in hand and 5 ball to spare despite of 116/5 at one stage, but the pace-bowling duo have other ideas. The pair, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Deepak Chahar added 84 runs unbeaten stand for the 8th wicket to take India to home.

The coach Arthur could be unhappy about holding back Chameera and Wanindu Hasarnaga at the back-end of the innings rather than going for kill when both Chahar and Bhuvi were new to the crease.
That conversation between Coach and captain should not have happened on the field but in the dressing room,” the former Sri Lankan player Arnold tweeted.
