During the 1st Test, Ishan was observed advising Virat Kohli to stand a bit closer in the field. Additionally, the player displays respect for his captain, as he requested Shubman Gill to stand wider on behalf of Rohit Sharma, saying, “Stand a bit wider now, Rohit bhai will scold you if you don’t.”
