What a test match it’s turning out to be, batting masterclass from the Indian Opener Rohit Sharma and Kl Rahul to start with to a brilliant bowling display from the master Jimmy Anderson.Some High class batting from Kl Rahul and Rohit Sharma in the first innings of India. Kl Rahul showed the way how to bat in challenging condition.
Kl Rahul scored a unbelievable hundred.Followed by some fabulous batting by Joe Root and Jonny Bairstow in the England innings the pair added 121 runs for the fourth wicket.Then dismissed just after the lunch in a trap set by India with the short ball. Joe Root scored his 22nd test hundred also his fifth hundred in 2021, what a year for him as a batsman.
In reply of India’s first innings total of 364, England are going strong 339/5 with skipper Joe Root and Moeen Ali on crease playing on 151* and 26* respectively.While 3 wickets for Mohammed Siraj,1 wicket for M Shami and a wicket for Ishant Sharma.
Ishant dismissed Jos Buttler with a beautiful delivery and the Trade Mark Ishant Sharma roars for the first time in this match. He removed Jos Buttler to broke the 54 parternship between the skipper Joe Root and Jos Buttler.

Some worry sign for India as the pitch getting better for batting and with no offer for the fast bowler India didn’t find any clue about getting the wicket of the English Captain Joe Root. With Sam Curran,Olle Robbinson still come to bat England moving towards a very big total unless they didn’t lose wickets quickly. Exciting 2 days ahead for this test at the home of cricket Lord’s. India have to take wickets quickly to be back in the game.
