In one of the clips, Jemimah and her teammates, including Radha Yadav and Tara Norris, can be seen dancing to popular tracks like ‘Chikni Chameli’ and ‘Tera Sara Gussa.’ Jemimah also showcased her singing skills by belting out some English and Bollywood songs.
In the ongoing Women’s Premier League (WPL 2023), Jemimah Rodrigues has emerged as one of the top run-scorers for DC, her team. The right-handed batter has scored 113 runs in her first four innings with a remarkable strike rate of 136.14. During the WPL auction last month, DC acquired her for a price of Rs 2.2 crore.
As DC strives to win their maiden trophy in the Indian T20 extravaganza (they have not won an IPL trophy in the last 15 years), the 22-year-old will aim to maintain her excellent form in the upcoming T20 tournament.
