Team India dominated on Day 3 of the ongoing 4th test between them and England and the 4th day turned out to be equally amazing for the visitors. The Blues are currently having a firm lead of over 300 runs and still have 4 wickets left. Despite clearly dominating the match at this stage, it will be wrong to say that they have not had sloppy moments. In a certain situation, there was a miscommunication between Rishabh Pant and Shardul Thakur at the middle of the pitch which had almost cost them a wicket. However, England were unable to capitalise on the opportunity.

So what exactly happened? On a certain delivery, Rishabh Pant played a defensive shot and the ball went far enough for him and non-striker Shardul Thakur to run a single. Rishabh Pant called for a single but Shardul Thakur was probably unable to fully commit. Rishabh Pant was midway through when Shardul Thakur called it off. Rishabh Pant had to panic and run back hesitantly as quickly as he could. Fortunately for him, the England fielders were sloppy and by the time the English keeper received the ball, Rishabh Pant was already back inside the crease.

The reaction of Indian skipper Virat Kohli to this incident was hands down the most hilarious thing of the day. He could not stop laughing after seeing it while sitting in the dressing room beside KL Rahul. A video clip of the incident and Virat Kohli laughing went viral on twitter moments after it happened and fans can’t stop drooling over it.
