India have won the second test against England after a thrilling battle between the two sides at Lord’s, the Home of Cricket. Terrific performances by Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammad Siraj and Jasprit Bumrah sealed the victory for team India and they are now 1-0 up against the mighty english side on their home ground and if all goes well, they might even win the series from here.

Mohammad Shami and Jasprit Bumrah’s miraculous batting performance when the Indians had lost all their hopes, came as a silver lining for the Blues and it was the commencement for a history-making process which nobody even had the slightest idea of.

A day after India’s emphatic victory, a video of Rohit Sharma’s extraordinary fielding skills exploded on the internet. It was unfortunately not counted for a specific reason. For the very last wicket of James Anderson, Indian pacer Mohammad Siraj bowled a spectacular delivery to hit the off stump and confirm India’s win. However, the ball then went to Rohit Sharma who was standing at the slip from rebound and he took a sensational one-handed catch. The video of the same broke the internet and is now getting crazily viral on the social media platform.

Virat Kohli said after the win “It was an amazing win, we were so disappointed when rain came in the first Test, the belief shown in second Test with KL and Rohit with outstanding partnership – then picking 10 wickets in 60 overs, the belief of this team, one of the best wins”.

“Siraj playing for the first time in Lord’s, he was charged up, around 60 overs taking 10 wickets by the bowling unit. This is one of the memorable wins,” he added.
