The Indian opener batsman KL Rahul scored a brilliant fifty after dropped by Kumara on the bowl of Karunaratne. At that time Rahul was on the score of just 28. After that a golden chance KL Rahul scored his 7th consecutive half-century in Test cricket.
He is now the only cricketer to achieve this milestone for Indian Cricket Team and also equals the record with Sri Lankan legendary cricketer Kumar Sanggakara. Now it will be interesting to see the innings of Rahul in this third test against Sri Lanka.
