After winning the toss at the Wankhede Stadium, Delhi Capitals opted to field first in the dry conditions. The pitch seemed favorable for Mumbai Indians’ openers, Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan, who amassed 75 runs within the powerplay.

However, the game took a turn when Axar Patel, disrupting Mumbai’s momentum, swiftly dismissed Rohit Sharma for 49. Moments later, Axar showcased his skill with an extraordinary catch, leaving Ishan Kishan astonished.

In the eleventh over’s second ball, Axar delivered a short ball outside the off stump, prompting Ishan Kishan to chip it back towards the bowler’s left.

With remarkable agility, the left-arm spinner from Gujarat reached out and grasped the ball with his left hand, maintaining his composure and preventing any spillage.

This display of quick reflexes amazed both spectators and the Twitter community, earning Axar well-deserved praise for his exceptional fielding.
