TKR vs SNP CPL 2021: St Kitts and Nevis Patriots locked horns with Trinbago Knight Riders for the 27th match of the 2021 edition of CPL. Dwayne Bravo’s side won the toss and elected to field first. Keiron Pollard’s Trinbago Knight Riders put up a target of 160 in front of SNP. TKR struggled with the bat in the first innings as they managed to score 159 with the loss of 7 wickets. Sunil Narine’s quickfire 33 runs off 18 balls helped Trinbago achieve the score.
Evin Lewis fifth t20 ton helped SNP become the first team to qualify in the semi finals of the CPL. The southpaw scored a 52 ball hundred which included 5 fours and 11 sixes with a strike rate of 196.15. SNP chased the target with 8 wickets in hand and 32 balls remaining.

A video of the Evin Lewis is going viral on the internet. Lewis pulled a ball off Anderson Phillips delivery which crossed the boundary ropes and fell into a ‘Berger’ paint box. Colin Munro was seen collecting the ball from the paint box.
Phillips failed to pick up a wicket and conceded 37 runs in 2.4 overs with an economy of 13.87.
Lewis was awarded the man of the match award for his immense display with the bat. “Feeling very good. It was a lot of hard work, lot of sacrifice and finally I did it. I still have it in mind (about Pollard denying him a century in CPL in an earlier season) and wanted to do well against TKR. We lost the last three games and we wanted to show that we are here to stay,” he said after the match.
