WATCH: Jemimah Rodrigues hits 92* to complete a remarkable run chase

The Indian batter Jemimah Rodrigues regains her form by scoring a spectacular maiden half-century in THE Hundred.

During the fourth match of The Hundred between Northern Supercharger and Welsh Fire at the headingley. Jemimah Rodrigues played a remarkable knock to win the match for the Northern Supercharger.

While chasing a target of 131, Jemimah Rodrigues opened the innings with skipper Lauren Winfeld-Hill. Rodrigues played a blinder to keep Supercharger in the contest.

At one stage Supercharget at 24/4 then Rodrigues and Alice Davidson-Richards added 112 for the fifth wicket to win the match for the Northern Supercharger.

Rodrigues smashed all over the ground her innings comprises of 17 boundaries and one huge six over long off. She hasn’t been in best of form in the recent time for the Indian team, also dropped from the team in few occasions. Great sign for Indian women’s team ahead of D/N test match against the Australia.

It was not to sit out and when you were not getting runs,” Jemimah, who was adjudged the player of the match, said. In 2019, she played for Yorkshire Diamonds in Kia Super League and was among the leading scorers.
