Shaheen Shah Afridi, the Pakistan pace sensation, appears to be returning to top form with his impressive performances in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). During the match between Lahore Qalandars and Peshawar Zalmi on Sunday, Shaheen produced two incredible deliveries that left the cricketing world in awe.

In the first delivery, Shaheen shattered the bat of Peshawar’s Mohammad Haris, and on the very next delivery, he dismissed Haris clean bowled. Shaheen has been showcasing his exceptional talent in the PSL and has been going from strength to strength.

He displayed his prowess in the very first over of the innings against Zalmi, where he broke Haris’ bat into two pieces with his first delivery, followed by sending him packing on the next. Shaheen Shah Afridi continued his impressive spell by dismissing Babar Azam, the veteran batter, in his third over, who could only manage a paltry score of 7 runs.

Earlier, Lahore set a massive target of 241 runs, with Fakhar Zaman (96 off 45), Abdullah Shafique (75 off 41), and Sam Billings (47 off 23) contributing significantly to the team’s total. The battle between Shaheen and Babar had generated a lot of buzz before the match, and it’s safe to say that Shaheen emerged victorious in the contest.

When asked about the showdown with Shaheen, Babar responded with a humorous quip that left the entire media room in stitches. “Should I cry and meet him, or should I not play? Please tell me…” Babar said in jest, bringing laughter to the room with his trademark wit and humor.
