In the next over, Bravo smashed Boult for a six. Boult attempted to bowl a yorker but missed it and bowled a slot ball. Bravo played a lofted cover drive to deliver the ball to the crowd. However, Bravo’s cameo came to an end after Bumrah bowled a back of the length ball. Dwayne Bravo played some extraordinary cover drives at the end of the innings. His quickfire 23 off 8 ball helped CSK shift the momentum towards the end of the innings.

Even Jasprit Bumrah conceded 15 runs in the final over of the game.
Bumrah who is known for his death bowling was punished in the final ball of the game. Rituraj played a sweep shot over backward square leg for a six. Bumrah again missed the yorker and bowled a low full toss. Gaikwad went low and hit him for a six to end the innings in a high. Gaikwad was highly appreciated by the crowd and MI players for his valuable innings of 88 runs. It was because of Gaikwad’s immense contributions that CSK managed to score 156 at the expense of 6 wickets.
