Ollie Pope followed Haseeb Hameed’s footsteps as the 23-year-old got bowled out by Jasprit Bumrah. Pope is Bumrah’s latest prey. Bumrah reached to a milestone of 100 test wickets after dismissing Pope for 2 runs. Bumrah bowled an in-swinging delivery which was angling in with pace. Pope got beaten by pace as he had no idea where the ball was coming in. The ball went through the gate and shattered the stumps behind him. India did well to get two wickets in quick succession.

Ollie Pope did not spend much time on the pitch as he only managed to face 10 deliveries before Jasprit Bumrah went past his defense to take away his wicket. England are in a huge problem after successive dismissals by the Indian team. Joe Root is standing on the other end scoring 17*(33) with 1 four.
England’s run chase seems difficult now and a draw might be the only option the Britishers are seeking now. The English batting lineup is collapsing one by one and 368 looks quite unachievable. However, India also have a heptic task ahead as they need to dismiss 7 more English players to seal the victory and lead the series by 2-1. England require 219 runs to win the game with 51 overs remaining.
